Department's activity

At the Department of Strategic Analysis we conduct scientific research and provide teaching in the following areas:

  • The process of strategic management in companies and non-for profit organizations,
  • The strategy of organizational development,
  • Global entrepreneurial activity
  • Strategic aspects of knowledge management in companies,
  • Strategic competences of firms and their functional strategies,
  • The methodology of strategy formulation and implementation in organizations,
  • Intangible assets in strategic management of the organization,
  • Internal audit methodology of international corporations.
